Each user warrants that they hold the necessary rights over the content they publish and undertakes not to publish inaccurate or misleading data, or data infringing third-party rights.

SectorKart acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of Article 6-I-2 of the LCEN with regard to such content. The publisher reserves the right to hide, correct or delete any content that is manifestly unlawful, fraudulent or contrary to the lap time reliability rules, in particular following a report.

• compatibility of the service with all timing and telemetry hardware available on the market
• the content of third-party websites accessible through links from SectorKart, over which the publisher exercises no control

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
