FAQ
Can I change pack anytime?
Yes. Terms for upgrades will be confirmed when online subscriptions go live.
Are lap times public?
Yes, rankings are public. You can make sessions private, but they won’t appear in rankings.
Which imports are included in Pro?
For now, Pro covers MyChron 5/6 imports through .XRK and .XRZ files. Other formats will be added only when they are ready to be announced officially.
Does a Team pack include Pro for each driver?
Yes. A paid Team includes Pro features for the drivers covered by the pack, then adds Team tools: dashboard, calendar, roles, team lap-time goals, team telemetry visibility and PDF exports.
What if I need more than 20 drivers?
Email our team at support@sectorkart.com. We’ll prepare a custom quote for your organization.
Is the Team subscription tied to my account or the team?
To the team. If you transfer team ownership, the subscription stays with the team.
