These terms govern account creation and use of the SectorKart website and app. Publisher information is available in the legal notice. Terms for any paid offer are provided separately before purchase.

1. Access and minimum age

Personal accounts are available only to people aged 15 or over, including Google registration. You must provide an accurate birth date, accept these terms and read the privacy policy. If you are under 15, you cannot create an account. This access rule does not by itself authorise a minor to enter into a paid commitment requiring their legal representative.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and do not impersonate another driver. Report unauthorised access to support. Available features depend on your access rights and any subscription.

3. Publications and sporting results

Publish truthful information and only content you are entitled to share. Illegal content, threats, harassment and falsified results are prohibited. Active driver profiles and published sporting results are public. Raw files, telemetry curves and technical settings are not made public merely by publishing a result. Reported content may be reviewed, hidden or removed; access may be restricted in cases of abuse. Contact support to challenge a decision.

4. Using the service

SectorKart provides sporting tracking and comparison tools. Check imported data and follow track and manufacturer safety instructions. Analyses do not replace those instructions. Maintenance or incidents may make features unavailable. These terms do not remove statutory guarantees or rights.

5. Closing your account

You can request account closure in privacy settings. The privacy policy explains how previously published sporting results and erasure requests are handled. Closing an account does not automatically erase all historical results.

6. Data and applicable documents

The privacy policy describes data processing, purposes, retention and your rights. Reading that policy and accepting these terms does not enable usage statistics that require consent. New versions of the terms will be brought to your attention when they affect your use of the service.
